The Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (NDMC Area) was established under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003, as per the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2003.
