Three Tier Grievance Redressal Structure

Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) has prescribed a Three Tier Grievance Redressal Mechanism for quick resolution of electricity consumer complaints in the NCT of Delhi.

NDMC has implemented this by forming an Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (NDMC Area). Consumers can follow this structure:

TIER I – NDMC Complaint Escalation & Redressal Structure

The officers listed below attend consumer complaints from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM daily:

TIER II – Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (NDMC Area)

If the consumer is not satisfied with the response at Tier I, they may approach ECGRF at the address below for issues like Billing, Metering, Power Outage, Load Shedding, Street Lights, Connection/Disconnection, Theft, etc.
